The Association Spitex privée Suisse demands equality

Marcel Durst, Managing Director of the Association Spitex privée Suisse (ASPS), is calling for an end to unequal treatment between public and private Spitex providers.

Private Care AG is a member of the ASPS and supports the demands for more equality between public and private Spitex service providers.

Private Spitex companies are at a significant disadvantage, particularly with regard to the lack of residual financing, the online patient registration system (OPAN), which is questionable in terms of competition law, and the market-distorting VAT regulation in favour of public Spitex organizations.
