"Care Group Meeting"

In November and December 2018, internal training courses were held for all employees of the Canton of Aargau on the topic of "Writing care reports". The two-hour training course was conducted by the Head of Nursing for three groups.

The afternoon of further training was varied. In a first step, the "Writing a care report" guidelines were explained in plenary. In a second step, the employees worked on practical examples and practiced the care report in conjunction with care planning.

As "Writing a care report" is a key topic for private Care AG, this is a mandatory course for all care staff. The employees of the Canton of Zurich will also be invited to the training afternoon in the spring, probably from March.

The aim of this training course is to improve the communication skills of all employees. We intend to examine our own professional, inner attitude. The focus is on professional and standardized care documentation. However, the aim is also to enable employees to document the customer situation in an argumentative and objective manner.
