Your personal care manager will come to your home, clinic or rehabilitation center. Here we will discuss your care needs with you and your relatives. In the next step, our Care Manager will draw up the optimum care concept, introduce you to your personal care and support team and coordinate the necessary measures with your doctor or social services.
