Our services are recognized by the Swiss Health Insurance Concordat. As with public Spitex, the services provided by private Care are therefore covered by the Swiss health insurance companies on a pro rata basis.
Even if you are admitted to a retirement or nursing home, there are costs that need to be covered privately - for example, the daily fee for living as well as care or medical services that are not covered by health insurance. In concrete terms, this means that you can often make significant cost savings with private Spitex. private Care has operating licenses from the cantonal health directorates of Zurich and Aargau. These licenses confirm that all cantonal requirements for a Spitex operation have been met - in particular with regard to infrastructure, staff qualifications and quality control.

After the initial consultation and clarification of your personal needs, your Care Manager will draw up an individual offer based on the official cantonal rates (cantonal rates for care services from basic insurance). A deductible will be charged for care and housekeeping services as well as additional services. We will check further cost coverage from supplementary insurance for you. The Care Manager will send the Spitex prescription to the responsible doctor and advise you on cost approvals from your insurance company.
