The Care Group meeting at the end of 2020 entitled "Happiness and well-being at work" was the last event at which we met in person. The employees of the Wallisellen and Baden teams and their Care Managers took part in the workshop-style event. This resulted in the private Care "Feedback Codex", which defines the rules of communication for good cooperation in the teams.
