First impressions count. Every first encounter leaves an impression. There is no second chance for this moment. But the good news is that you can work on this first impression. But you can also score points during the interview. So shine throughout the interview with interest and your qualities. Only those who are perfectly prepared will be successful later on.
Here are a few tips to help you go into a job interview well prepared:
Make sure your appearance is neat and clean. It is important that your clothing meets the expectations of the company. If you are applying for a management position, your choice of clothes will be different to if you are invited to a taster day in nursing. But just as important: you should feel comfortable in your clothes. After all, your employer doesn't want to hire a model, but an authentic, genuine personality.
Find out about the company on the Internet in advance. Find out what the current status is: Are there many jobs online? Are there any specific projects in the pipeline that are being written about? Is there anything written about the team? Which departments are you interested in? You can extend the list of questions as much as you like. The more you find out, the better.
Compile all the necessary documents in advance. This includes the advertisement to which we have responded, your application documents (CV, certificates, diplomas), the contact details of your contact person at the company and at private care, the address of the meeting point and a piece of paper and pen.
Perhaps you have already made notes or written down questions? Stay tidy in any case. Stand out with few, but the right documents.

We will be happy to coach you and prepare you for a successful interview.
Plan your journey in advance, because being late for an interview will ruin your chances of getting a permanent position. How long will it take to get there? Are there parking facilities on site? Take any delays into account. Bear in mind that there can always be train cancellations or traffic jams. If, despite all your planning, something unforeseen happens, you should let your contact person at the company know in good time. You already have the telephone number in your documents.
Any hectic pace changes your mood and may make you nervous or unfocused. Your interviewer notices this and can influence a decision about you as a candidate.
Good preparation creates security for you. Take all our tips into account again, as this will help you avoid unnecessary nervousness in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Talk about your skills and concentrate on the essentials.
Always be informed about developments in private care.
